Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond the initial inspection may not be eligible. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Free Returns – No Restocking Fee
NEWBORNFIND offers free returns and exchanges on all eligible orders. You will never be charged a restocking fee. The original shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will also refund the shipping costs you incurred.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, simply indicate your preference when contacting us. We will ship the replacement item as soon as the returned product is received and inspected. If the exchange item is of a different price, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchange shipping is free for standard delivery within the contiguous United States.
